How do you ship packages?
Packages from our Factory Outlets in Asia will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, We do base on the shipping method you chose. Certain shipping methods do not have tracking. If the shipping method, you chose has tracking, we will inform you the tracking number. By any chance, you have chose the shipping with tracking and you did not get your tracking, please contact us. We will let you know your tracking asp.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
It depends, if you have bought from different manufacturers. they come in different packages.
Also, for logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

On the size 48 and the height of 167 villages is good, only the sleeves are too thick. Delivered quite quickly.
Material feels a lot thinner than I imagined it would be. Feels a bit cheap to be honest, like foam fabric almost. Shipped fast though.

I did not expect it to be short. The sleeves are long enough and very wide, but the jacket is clearly not like a photo in length. The fabric is not very dense, it's cool to the touch. I stretch it-let's see how it will behave, but there is an idea to make a top of it (the length of me does not fit). Communication with the store is excellent! I asked to put more, everything was done. In general, I am happy, although I do not particularly correspond to the expectations of the photos.
